The second column lists the total number genes containing that that transcriptional factor binding sites in the promoter regions. The p-value column illustrates the Mann-Whitney rank sum p-value. The q-value column shows the multiple testing corrected FDR q-value. The transcriptional factor column lists the name of the transcriptional factor which is known to bind to that motif. The total number of up-regulated Refseq genes with raw expression levels at least 100 in Day 2 is 3338.
